Wow was is it a hot one out there. Today I just focused on jogging...it would have been much nicer if I had remembered my iPod. Running sucks as it is, not to mention the dreaded heat and lack of musical stimulation. I did my 10 min run 3 min walk times 3. That got me approximately 3.4 miles! I'm pretty happy with that. My ankle is still feeling really good, no soreness or tightening...so no complaints.
After my run I was able to keep myself motivated enough to BRING IT for Ab Ripper X. It wasn't much fun, as it had been a while since the last time I had done it. I figured I had might as well get it done while my heart rate was still up...and, I knew I'd feel a lot better afterwards.
I'm still sticking to coffee, yogurt and a whole wheat bagel for b-fast, a salad for lunch, something to snack on in the afternoon and then pretty much whatever I want for supper (within reason, of course). I can't wait to see what the hubs has fixed for tonight. He's a pretty good cook and always beats me home!!
