Sorry guys but today I'm a rock star and I just want to make sure everyone knows it...because, who knows, tomorrow I may suck.
I just finished my 3.5 mile run in the hot, hot sun. I was going to try to add some mileage but that didn't happen. I'm just happy I was able to finish the 3.5 without walking...it got pretty close to happening. Then, after a brief cool down (me standing in front of the fan in the fitness room like a dog with her head out of a car window) I hit the biceps with 3 sets of 21's. Craig says there's no such thing as "spot training" but I can't resist some 21's after a run!!
Tomorrow is Back & Biceps and Ab Ripper X. I'll start mentally preparing to "Bring It" at 4:15am tomorrow morning!
