Day 3

How, oh how can it only be day 3? I feel like I've been doing this forever. Bummer! I guess it feels that way because for the last 3 months I've been thinking about P90X nonstop, in an effort to regain my drive and motivation. Oh well...

So real quick, today I didn't get up early because I was tired. I knew I'd be able to fit it in on my lunch break...and I did. Kenpo X was today's workout and I have to say, I didn't give it my all but I gave it about 90%. Let me just say that when you are doing jumping jacks and your shirt is coming up so you can see the pooch you're trying to get rid of, it kinda messes with your head. I've seen those people before...you know, their belly is hanging out and you wonder if they can tell...or if they even care! I CARE! Again, not that I have a big saggy belly, but it just isn't what I want it to be. Also, I'd like to add that while doing my stretches prior to the workout my butt looked just like the lady in yesterday's video post that I criticized. Oh well, no one was filming me and I was in a room by myself.

Who knows what tomorrow and the weekend will bring. I may kick butt and hit the workouts hard, or I may enjoy my 6th anniversary weekend with my family.
