I just brought it X-style! And, it felt great. This was a tough workout. I feel that my chest and back are extremely weak, and this workout proved it. Plus, not having stuck to the plan the last several days hasn't helped. There were so many "tricky" push-ups in this workout I thought I'd die! One-handed push ups, side push ups, others that I can't remember the names of. Long story short, there were a bunch! But, I struggled through and hopefully the next time I face this workout I'll do even better.
I finished with Ab Ripper X and am still suprised at how much easier some of these moves are. I was sure when I started that I'd never be able to do an oblique V-up or a sit up v-up...but now I can. They may not be real pretty yet, but I can do them and that's all that matters.
I stuck to my salad for lunch and have even felt that my appetite, or what I thought was my appetite (was very likely bordem eating) has really dropped off. That is great considering I was eating so much McDonalds! Its great to feel as though I really have my fitness and nutrition under control. To those of you who know my, you may have thought I was living a pretty healthy lifestyle...I really haven't been. I've always been a "junk" food eater! Not any more!! Pending any more traumatic events, I should be able to keep with it.
